With more than 30 years of leadership experience, including five years as a CEO, I’ve been there. I appreciate the challenges you may face…and as someone who led teams to exceptional levels of success despite those challenges, perhaps some experience that might help you face them.

In addition to my own experience, I’m a lifelong learner with an MBA, a doctorate, and credentials from the International Coaching Federation and the Gallup Organization. That doesn’t mean I have all the answers…it does mean I have plenty of questions and tools that can help you figure them out!
